We offer FLAT COST WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - for this reason we often ship directly from factory if w have no stock in your country. We keep you updated with the progress of your order and offer tracking to make sure that you are always informed and up to date with your order when it is available to your country. 

Shipping Terms

Please allow 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks) for delivery. 

Important: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a refund, as undelivered parcels are typically destroyed or not returned—especially for international orders.

 

Returns

 

We will gladly replace or refund items that are defective or damaged at no additional cost. To initiate a return, please contact us via email to request a return address and label.

For other returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
