Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after this period.
Before requesting a refund or disputing your order, please allow up to 4 weeks from the order date for delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. If the request is submitted after 24 hours, the order may already have been shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Promotional items provided for free are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete a return, proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were received (e.g., damaged, missing parts) due to reasons outside our control.
- Returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges
Defective or damaged items can be replaced or refunded within 30 days at no cost. For exchanges involving different sizes or colours, please visit our contact page for further instructions.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the return value will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, as undelivered parcels are often not returned, particularly for international shipments.
If returning an item, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For high-value items (over £75), we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
